Dealer may or may not have them. If you can locate the specs of the bolts (appropriate grade, size, length, and pitch) and duplicate this at the hardware store, hypothetically, yes. That said, even though this isn't aviation where severe penalties can be issued for not using "approved parts," I'm not sure I'd risk not having the exact correct fastener and suffering a failure. I would purchase from the dealer or online equivalent.
