You should always use new bolts. I admit that I do not always on my 944. But then again I have had the same problems that you describe.

Cleaning the bolts and loctite is good. But also make sure that there is no grease in the holes. You can use q-tips to check and clean.

Also make sure that they are torqued properly.

I think I am finally going to get a drilling jig and safety wire the bolts. SwayAway makes these but in the wrong thread size. I don't want them loosening in a enduro.
