B&M + OEM Rear Speakers

Any ideas or suggestions before I takle these jobs would be awesome. They will be happening within the next few weekends. I would love to get some advice if you've tackeled either of these and have tips.

There was tons of info about short shifters from the search function and the instructions seemed to be strong and straightfoward. I heard the B&M was at times notchy but I don't know it that will necesarily bother me. Is the EVO shift link worth the $?

As for the OEM speakers, I got them pretty cheap, and again there are awesome directions available. Sounds like it will help the sound come out a little bit. Any tricks would be great though.

Thanks in advance ...
