More detail please

There are some scorching posts on this board archives, as well as Petes Board and Roadfly on this company. Have you had positive experience with these guys?? ie...Your car has broken down and they paid the dealer/shop without problem??

Not another warranty thread!

If you do a search there have been some very recent threads on the same topic, and the information has not changed

These queries can prove frustrating. In my experience, the posts we see on WD are all over the map, from great to lawsuits.

i got a quote to insure a 2000 boxster, 73k miles, for 3 yrs, 36k miles for roughly $4800 + tax. the dealer stated that the company they go through was "top notch" and always pays.. blah blah blah. they really tried to impress me at how comprehensive and wiling to pay the company was. i don't think it was warranty direct...

i have to assume that a lot of authorized porsche dealers sell warranties on older cars - and they odn't want to sell crappy warranties that screw people over nonsense.

is there any consensus here as to WHAT large scale warranty company the bulk of dealers use for these cars? is it warranty direct?? and they just ad their markup and resell it?
