I'm baaack!

Just wanted to say hello once again. I've been gone for a while because I... like many other people in this bad economy was laid off from work back in Feb. I start my new job as the Senior Graphic Designer at a company called Fluor here in my great state of Texas. So I will be chiming in from time to time. Now to finally continue fixing up my Boxster and hopefully finish installing the stuff I have sitting in my storage unit. I have new Cross Drilled/Slotted rotters, new short shifter and lowering springs. I have been putting it off because money has been tight because of my job loss. But now I should be able to get back to customizing once again.

Comgrats on the job. That was a long stint. I had 8.5 months unemployment in 2002/2003 and it got old after 6 months. It feels good to work, n'est ce pas?

Welcome back. I saw you last week driving (more like sitting) on the ramp from George Bush to 75 North. With the new job does this mean you can join us at Boxstoberfest in two weeks? If so you need to sign up today!

DFW folks

Let me know if you guys put together a DFW meet. I'm in Arlington. Not graphic design but 3D design is my trade. Once in a while I'll go to an autocross with a Honda s2000 club. It's a lot of fun. You guys might think about giving it a try.

Welcome back.
I am also just back myself.
I finally decided to sell the Hybrid and keep the 986 and started driving it again.
