Let your Dad off the hook, get your own financing.

If your Porsche is like most it will need most of the following before 120K miles:

Clutch replacement
CV joints and boots (or at least repacked and new boots)
Struts
Control arms
rotors
water pump
serpertine belt, rollers, and tensioners
power steering pump
rack resealed
tires at least twice
Coolant tank
Air/oil separator
brake hoses (10 year item)
radiator hoses (10 year item)
a couple of wheel bearings (especially if you change wheels)
front motor mount

dad wants to carry the loan - it was part of our deal. w/out goign into the details - it's a win win for both of us. i know he could net more if he took a lump sum - but in the end - he is looking more for an annuity than a lump sum....

how much should I expect to pay for all that "stuff" between now and 120k?

i know what i'll pay for tires... the other maintenance items - i have no idea what i will spend.

for example:

cost of:

clutch
struts
control arms
etc?
