You should get the adjustable toe arms, I have the same lowering springs ,I have not put them on yet, the local shop wants $250 to install them, just have not done it yet ,not sure if you need the shocks depends on what you want to spend ?I am just going to install the springs and rear toe arms mine is a 1998 with 85 k on it
