Installing Eibach springs, should I install Bilsteins too?

I'm having our local shop install Eibach springs to lower my '02. My car has 48k miles on it. He recommended installing Koni struts for $420 more. I wasn't even aware they made them for the Boxster. I was thinking of having them install Bilstein sports instead ($350 more than Koni quote). Any thoughts? The install is the same (8.5 hrs x $80).

Also, will I need to have have adjustable rear toe arms if it's being dropped an inch or so?
