Start Up After Long Winter

I put my Boxster away in the middle of October and it has been a long nasty winter here in Nova Scotia. It is stored in a heated facility but I do not have access to it therefore it has not been started and I would assume that the oil is sitting in the bottom of the engine and the top of the engine would be somewhat dry. If this is the case, will it hurt the engine to starting it up without lubrication in the top of the engine or is there anything I can do to get oil to the top of the engine before I start it up in a few weeks? Thanks in advance for your advice.
