waterlogged corrosion

Thank you all for your advice. I removed the seat and control unit. there was still water in it even though i dried the carpet and under the seat a few days ago. i took it apart and it had corrosion all throughout. i dried it out and cleaned all the contacts as best i could and put it back in. no change.

What do you guys think the likelihood the ignition starter switch is shot coincidentally since I basically have all other power except door locks and windows? Thanks in Advance
