I used some black foam insulation tape from Home Depot. Just cut a few pieces about 1/2" square and put it on the tabs. It provided just enough tension to keep them quiet and make a snug fit.

I also recommend getting a few thin black zip ties to secure them discreetly to the roll bar around the bottom. These things have a way of walking off if you leave your car unattended with the top down.
