Thumbs down Congestion at the wallet

Is open season on drivers again. Nothing I despise more than a disingenuous politician. The problem is that's norm for that profession. Examining their veracity, what little they have, here is a brief record:
Toll at bridges were for repayment of the construction of the bridges only. General fund. A big lie.
Toll on highways were for maintenance of the highway. General Fund. A big lie.
Tax on gasoline was for highways. general funds. Another outrageous lie.
Tax on congestion. general funds. London's is even $60USD a day. Manhattan is $8 per occurance.

All methods enrich the city coffers and none fix anything other than revenue enhacements methods.
Bring back Caligula horses as senators and jackasses as congress man. Do the same job plus you have usable fertilizers.
