I dont find the red display hard to see at all. I hardwired mine into the car and its mounted on the drivers side of the rear view mirror.

During the day with the top down I put the display on the brightest setting. All other times its on the lowest setting.

I took a video tonight of my remote display, i will post it tomorrow and link it here for you guys to see. I highly recommend the remote display. I find that with the music up loud or the top down and at highway speeds I have a hard time hearing the alerts the remote display is very bright and catches my attention. As I said, I'll post a video tomorrow.

Growing up the car magazines said how amazing Porsches are. Was I brainwashed? Somehow...I doubt it.
