I'd recommend toping off with distilled water until you get the problem fixed.

I wouldn't keep topping it off with distilled water over and over,maybe just once or twice,find out why it's leaking coolant and fix it.

DO NOT PUT ANY OLD ANTIFREEZE IN YOUR BOXSTER!

It must be a phosphate-free antifreeze. Mixing regular antifreeze with p-f antifreeze will create a gell that will clog your system. Zerez makes a couple p-f antifreezes, so be sure you have the right one for your Boxster (1 version is for pre-1996 Porsches). Haveline Dex-cool will work and is easy to find.
