Porsche Cap

Hello all,

I can not find my favorite baseball cap.

After much thought (2.001 seconds) I've decided to go with a Porsche cap this time around. Do you guys know of any that do not scream PORSCHE. Its just not me to have my hat emblazoned with a 6 inch Porsche crest. If anyone has any ideas of where to look for a understated Porsche cap I would appreceate it.

Pictures would be good, I am kind of lazy tonight.

I have a similar one to dj's. Mine is cream colored with dark blue lettering "PORSCHE" across the front and very small lettering around the brim/edge of the hat in white letters. I got it as part of my birthday present over a year ago. Sorry, I can't seem to get my picture downloaded.

Garage
They have plain color Porsche hats with the word Porsche on the edge of the brim. I opted for the red Cayenne hat, because I like the way it looked. Just go to the Porsche website and look.

Merry Christmas!

Hi and Happy Holidays, I just got these hats as a gift from my brother today, the white one is Porsche Design w/ porsche in white on black on edge of brim. the black w/tan, only has a made in china label.

looks like a summer hat and a winter hat.

lots of cool ones to chose from, good luck

My custom version...

I wanted something specific to the 986, but couldn't find anything I liked, especially iin a light colour.

I also liked the way one of the Cayenne hats looked, with the stylized silhouette.

So I PS'd the Boxster outline and had it added to one of the stock caps. At the same time I had "986" added to the side above the stock "Porsche" lettering.

Check out the photos

That's a nice one CM! I haven't seen that before. What's the back of the cap look like? Does it have a clip for adjustment?

Norm, that hat looks great. I'd buy one.

Nice work on the hat design there, Norm. I have the same exact hat only in a black color scheme with Porsche inside the tiny brim area. The top is just plain black and it also has the Porsche text in the back corner without the "986" logo.

I like the idea of a plain hat (I mean, the 6-inch logo is just a little much for me) ... but mine seems almost too plain. Does someone on here have any advice to turn this photoshop dream into a reality?

You could try a RS Spyder hat with small lettering "Porsche" on the side.

Gary, how about a cap in the color of your choice and just add a Porsche or PCA pin to it? I have found nice crest pins at various car shows and I just got a real nice one this past spring that is clutch back and measures 5/8" wide by 7/8" long.

dcporsche99, the raw material is the stock white cap:

https://www.parkplacestores.com/catalog.asp?ci=1318&us=38789.69

The basic cap comes in black too, as described by 9eighty6. They have the adjustable strap and clip on the back.

It was relatively expensive getting just the one embroidered, but if there's some interest out there, I could look into a bulk embroidering...
