Unless you are there to purchase carrera GT I had bad experiences with their service dept, too. That's why I took mine to independent local shop, curry's auto, for my 60k service and brake fluid flush. I'll raise hell and do everything to make them miserable even if you don't get anything out of it. Good luck though
