Didn't the dealer want to replace the cabin air filter (part of the 20K service) or the engine air filter? The engine air filter service interval says 40K so I agree, you may be fine.

RE the oil change and contrary to many people I don't see the need to do the oil change much earlier that you did. I may whimp out and do it at 15K but that's still under the factory recommendation AND at the Mobile 1 Extended Life oil life cycle.
