Spoiler Wont go Down???

Hi,

I have an issue at the moment!!! Rear spoiler on my base 2002 will not retract.

It has been doing funny things over the last 6 months. Normally it has been going up automatically when the car starts forward motion (at any speed) and then lowers when I come to a stop which I know is unusual but didnt realy bother me.

3 days ago I stalled the car whilst parking and the spoiler has stayed in the up position since.

The manual switch doesnt seem to work anymore either.

Any thoughts or ideas what to check???
