Looks like the heavy rubber weather seals that I've seen people use. Like for the bottom of garage doors.

That's exactly what it is. That's what I used on my car. I covered it with Carbon Fiber. Came out great.
By the way, if that car had a "GO ARMY!" sponsor it would be perect.

I was thinking the same -- it looks like a tank, a race-tank. I even like its military style number plate.

It should say FLY NAVY, but then the colors would be cooler. Still, not much for Perfectlap to do here...lol...
