For me, the deal on my 02 just came up and was just about impossible to turn down, so thats what I've got, but if i were looking in the open market I would really try to get an 03 S.

Same choice I had. I dearly wanted the '03S. The '03S had the factory skirts and 18" carrera's and all else equal, but the dealer with the '03 wanted $9k more than the other dealer with the '02S plus offered me $5k less on my trade in!! So '02S and upgrades are in my future. LOL
