humara Registered User Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: los angeles Posts: 256	ground loop i think that is called a ground loop. basically wherever you grounded the power for the ipod is causing the noise because of the ground loop. i think you need to look for the proper ground. i am new to the porsche world and have no idea where to start looking. i think you can google "ground loop" and there might be some solutions.
