WTB secondary cat bypass pipes

I’m looking for a set of secondary cat bypass pipes for a 2001 Boxster, I was going to get the circuit werks but they aren’t in stock and I’m not paying 600$ for the fabspeed pipes. I’m located in Pennsylvania

I'm also looking for cat bypass pipes and not willing to pay the Fabspeed price. I was also going to purchase the Circuit Werks deletes and they went out of stock right when I decided on them. I emailed them and the following was their response.

We are currently out of stock but do have plans to make more, unfortunately I have no ETA when they will be available.

I called them too, they said several months. I found the eBay page with the circuit werks exhaust and they said atleast 5 months. Honestly what’s stopping me from buying the fab speed. Taking it to a fabricator having them replicate for like 100-150$ then just return fabspeed

Make your own for next to no cost.

Super easy to do, assuming you have access to a welder, and you are guaranteed of a perfect fit as you use the OEM pipes.

Guys this is the same part number on ebay but double the price, question is, is it worth paying 290 for an instock pipe when it was originally 158.

i sent them a message on ebay asking about them and they said they are not instock, not sure why they would leave the product up but thats beyond me

Let’s just hope the drone on the fister isn’t too bad with the stock cats at this point I have no choice

I don't think you will have any drone with the Fister muffler. I wouldn't worry about it. If you were going with one of the cheap 2 can muffler systems then yeah, but Fister shouldn't be a problem.

You won't have any drone with the fister but without the cat delete it will be a lot less loud, it will make the fister feel like a bit of a disappointment without the noise level. At least that's how I feel about it..

I’ll take a video of it with the cats then if I’m able to get my hands on the pipes I’ll do a before after. Wish one existed already

tip for when you install the Fister: you will most likely need to cut an inch and a bit off the "C" pipes that go into each side of the muffler (the ones between the second cats and muffler). This is because Fister welds a piece of metal "mesh" inside each side pipe of the muffler and that wont allow the C pipe to sit deep enough. I had a hard time getting it to seat well until i cut a bit and then it fit like a glove. It will make sense once you have it and try to mock up.
