What part is this?

Hi guys! Please help me find out what parts im missing here. Basically water is getting in the car because of this missing parts. I'm not sure If it part of Part no 98651473100 but it's the end of that weather strip. My car is 1997 Boxster

TJ; First do whatever you can to prevent water getting into the car and especially the driver side. If the module under the seat gets wet you will have a bigger problem!

The strip in your question is not really THE problem, It is adding to your problem though. In your picture it appears to me that you are missing the foam drip pan. If this is missing then this is your actual problem. Please take a picture of the area under the top and then post this question in the General discussion area, you will get a lot more responses.

The drain hole on your drip pan is probably clogged up with leaves. Clean it out before you get your immobilizer wet
