FS: Water Pump

I was told I needed a new water pump. I bought a new one and as I was installing it I noticed the leak was caused by a loose bolt not a faulty pump. Since I was there and had already taken the old one 90% off, I installed the new one. Now, I am parting the car out and have one left over. It works and was used for about 40,000 miles. Does anybody need a back-up or cheap replacement pump? Willing to sell it at huge discount. $20 plus shipping. This is a Porsche pump part number 996106 101, not an aftermarket product.

Man,
I did the same thing! I R/R my pump and thermostat and saw my leak was coming from a bolt (lower leff looking at pump) that was loose. As my pump had no play, I kept it but have no idea why!

Pump

Mine was the last bolt I got to. The far right one. Since I got that far and had already cut the gasket, I went ahead and threw in the new one. This one is a great deal and probably has a lot of life left.
