It sounds like you have already narrowed it down to 2.7L or 3.2L.
Have you thought of which features you consider important. For me the order of preference was:

seat heaters
S brakes
cruise control
tuned suspension
18" wheels
PSM
Wind screens
Litronics/Xenons
Interior color
Exterior color
