Well I assume your 'performance module' is simply going to modify the voltage from the intake temp sensor, tricking the DME into thinking the air is cooler (more dense) than it is, and increasing the injector pulse to richen the mixture. IMHO, the only thing this performance module will do is give you a check engine light.

To answer your question:
You don't say what year the car is but on a '99 the wires are:

1) Temperature sensor (bl/gr)
2) Supply voltage (re/bl)
3) ground (br/wt)
4) 5V reference voltage (re/vi)
5) Signal voltage (wh/bl)
