If your original engine was a 1997, it had a tube coming from the oil pump housing on the front of the engine - metal tube that connected to a rubber hose somewhere near the right rear of the engine.



On the post-1997 cars that rubber hose connects to the top of the oil cooler (heat exchanger). If you look at the coolant tank, that hose is the top one directly under the oil filler.
