No you just need a good tire mounter with decent equipment. Those are optional wheels made for Porsche by BBS. Just make sure you have no air leaks now. That stainless steel band around the rim can be removed & replaced or repaired if it gets dented.

I assume the Hummer has split rims which is 2 halves joined together like a 18 wheeler truck.
