Thanks for the very complete reply...it’s appreciated. Maybe I should have asked this first:.......why remove the lock to lubricate it?...can’t it be sprayed in place? I assume lock cleaner might drip out and hit the floor of the car but that’s easily prevented by covering. So what’s the advantage to removing the cylinder? Thanks again
