I also plan on getting wider front tires for next spring. I'm currently running Kumho sport tires rear and Kumho comfort tires front, which means massive understeer as soon as they get a little bit warm.
255/40-17 and 225/45-17 Michelin PS2 is what I plan on getting. That ought to help.
