When was the hydraulic fluid last replaced? Have you checked the hydraulic brake reservoir where the clutch fluid is fed from?
Actually, there is a special lubricant (Optimoly Olista Longtime 3EP) used on the splines of the transmission input shaft, throw out fork pivot, and where the plunger from the slave contacts the clutch fork.
