I recently purchased a 1999 Boxster with 45 K Miles. The brake pedal remains in the depressed position once I remove my foot from the pedal. This happens 70% of the time while stopping / slowing both on hills and level ground. I must use my foot to lift the pedal upto a non braking position before i can continue to accelerate.
