The bolt in the middle of the attached picture is slightly loose, allowing the door retainer thingie (I'm sure it has a proper name...) to shift a little.

It's a non-hex bolt... what tool do I need to tighten it? I don't feel like driving 30 miles to the dealer for this.

It actually makes a few loud "CLACK"ing noises when opening and closing the door...

Anyone else had this happen?
