I posted in a thread about a year ago how to unlatch the hood by applying power to the wire that goes to the actuator for the release. Apply 12v to pin 33 on the blue connector on the immobilizer box connection under the driver's seat (I used ground to the door frame latch).

Note that the OP got it to work by using the fuse box connection
while the doors were locked.
