You can try cleaning the headlight switch
do a search for lots of info on it

Basically get some contact or tuner cleaner and spray it into any hole or opening you can find on the switch as well as down the shaft. Then work the switch back and forth through all possible positions including pulling on it in the fog light positions. Then shake out what ever fluid you can. In any case it will evaporate in a minute or 2

Hopefully that will clean it up for you. I did mine over a year ago and it is still working perfectly
