Welcome to the Forum!

It sounds like the headlight switch is bad, which is not uncommon. The window could be a few things, but my first though would be a faulty top microswitch (the one that the top clamp triggers to lower the windows when you put the top up/down). Both are relatively simple/straight-forward fixes, and you can find DIY guides for both by doing a search.
