One of the most annoying aspects of owning an Boxster. I rarely take her on dirt but when I do I can almost always say bye bye to my clean car just because of the lame front fan design. Ive thought a lot about installing a disconnect switch for the front fans so I can temporarily turn them off during the rare times I hit dirt (yes obviously the key is to always remember to turn them back on when you leave the dirt). Ive not researched how to do it yet (its on the list).
