I guess the issue is do you want to replace it every two years for $150 or every 8 years for $600.
Do you buy all your parts from a Porsche dealer? If so I can see why you have spent $15k in repair cost.

That is a crazy good price for a new one, but even Pelican and ******************************************** sell the exact same part you would get from a Porsche dealer at about 1/3 the cost you posted.

Pelican Parts - European Automotive Parts and Accessories - Porsche • BMW • Mercedes • Volkswagen • Audi • Saab • Volvo • MINI

FOR PORSCHE: 98660612501, 986 606 125 01 - READY TO SHIP - (BOSCH AIR MASS SENSOR)

If you feel like chancing it, $45 used and these guys don't have 100% feedback for selling bad parts.
