It would be good to have the Central Locking Unit/Immobilizer box under the seat checked to make sure that it does not have residual moisture inside of it. It is very common for these to fail from corrosion caused by moisture remaining inside. Often a proper drying and cleaning can restore a box that has gone bad.
That's a good looking Boxster and well composed pictures. I really like how the stripes were done.
