Yeah, from everything I've heard and read, CGTs tend to be
really treacherous when pushed to the limit...not that I'll ever get a chance to test that!
Truly a shame...40's way too young. Wonder exactly what they were doing? I gather there were no eye witnesses? (Other than after-the-fact?)
