While it may be acceptable to over inflate our tires for the winter, it's not ok to let our bods and buttocks become the same. Therefore, it's time for the 2013 Danger Winter Work series to get underway. The first phrase will once again target the dreaded IMSB (inactive muscle syndrome borborygmus ) condition. So, we'll start off with the Danger Girls showing us some core strengthening techniques in order to limber up those dormant muscles !
*Please note: Members over the age of 57 are advised to wear a truss while performing these exercises. In addition, members who have experienced problems with their polyps in the last 5 years should consult their physician before attempting this workout.
