Perhaps a coolant leak? May be cracks in the coolant reservoir.

I think it's blocked drain line. Don't have any coolant issues and it's not colored either. You actually might have solved another problem - water in the Frunk. Thought it was a bad seal somewhere but from the diagram on the link it's probably the condensation. Thanks very much!
