I replaced the AOS over the weekend, that finally caught up with me. Car runs noticeably better without all that crankcase pressure building up! Gotta love that. A simple crankcase breather that fails and builds pressure, enough to reduce power significantly. That being said, I'm not a hater, stuff fails. My exes honda civic had all kinds of stuff go bad over 7-8 years.
I swear at this point, I've had virtually all the ol' standby failures in my car, incl a very close call with the IMS.
