Leave the clips off the end of the radiators. Let them float in the rubber grommets.
EVERY SINGLE broken radiator from a "track kiss" or "track off" has broken the radiators at one of the 3 nipples that it rides on (they are plastic) Let the radiator's float in the rubber grommets and they will flex during their stress test
