Chat with the service manager and explain (nicely) what happened and why you feel they should rebate back some or all of the costs of the previous repair. The worst they can say is no!

This is really ticking me off. I pay AU$250 for the relay + $200 for some bs silicon surround seal for this and + labour and now its the regulator 8 weeks later. If you ask me something stinks.

Could they have got it wrong? How do I protect myself from being ripped off in this case ?
