It has 103k total on it right now, and if a control arm busing or something has an issue, that's fine. It'll be the first mechanical failure that the car will have. The only items that have been replaced are wear-related: the timing belt and the brake pads.

Your Lexus is nealry 14 yrs old. I don't think replaceing the CC is out of line considering.
