Sadly that's the price you pay for getting such a low mileage car. It's nice when a car has 20 or 30k on the clock so someone else had to deal with any resident engine issues that will eventually spring up. Let us know what it ends up being, seems like it will be covered by the warranty.

I know of no data that would suggest that low mileage cars are more prone to engine issues.
Leaks, MAYBE.
