Yes, indeed. Their service is certainly above most online stores I've dealt with. Some of their prices are a little high but there're certain parts which are rather reasonable or even cheap. I'm dealing with Ben who takes care of international sales.
I guess it's mostly a compromise between service and price. departstop offers great prices but customer service is rather slow and at times unresponsive. You still get what you order, just a matter of when
I'm putting up with them as some of the parts like Litronics are $300 cheaper than Mid America.
