One more 800 mile drive this weekend, and then I start the 2 week process (working here....and working there) of a wheels off full concours detail, and then mine goes to sleep for about 6 months.

I was really surprised by this post.

Some of the best driving of the year is still out there in Central PA. I thought Italy was much like Florida except for the northern mountains regions.

and I live in that area, in a beautiful town named Como not too far from the alps.

Here, spring, summer and autumn are very nice (today we have 26 °C, +/- 78,8 °F) , but, during the winter sometime snowing (20 kilometers/12 miles from here, there is a ski area, with mountains up to 2500 meters/9300 ft.)
