If you love something, set it free......

If it comes back....it's yours. Five years ago (with great regret) I sold my '01 S to a friend. A few weeks ago he told me he was going to let it go and asked me if I wanted it back. It took me a couple of milliseconds to reply YES! I always regretted selling it (we were building a home and needed extra cash). Now he has a kid headed to college and he needs tuition money more than the car. I obsessed over this baby when I ordered it and loved it every day that I owned it. After a five year hiatus.....the obsession is renewed.

Yup, I feel the same about my '86 911.
I've already told the current owner to place me on the top of his list.

Yes, well done! I had the same thing happen to me a few years ago, so I know the feeling!

That's awesome!!
I sold my highschool car (a 1965 dodge) to a friend a few years ago when I was starting a business. I'd love to have it back... he knows he'd better call me first if he ever decides to sell it.

Great story. It looks like a lovely car with a great colour combination. I would consider changing the indicator bulbs for the chromed/silver type and removing the orange reflector in the front light unit.

But it's such a tiny bit of orange... Is it really that bad?

Nice car OP.

Nice looking boxster. You just let your friend borrow it for a few years.
